vlad and his team (all named alex) were fantastic. after emailing him, I received a quick response, and preliminary quote. once the tiles were in place, vlad came by to survey with his laser, and made sure to measure a few times so everything was perfect. he went through all options of hinges, door handles and even pointed out the walls that were not built straight by the contractor and how this may effect the outcome. the 2 different shower enclosures, were fabricated within about 2 weeks and installed in a few hours. one shower had a bit of water outside on the threshold. alex and alex came by a day later to remove one hinge and put on some silicone. problem solved!

All of my double hung windows looked so dirty I could hardly see out of them due to years of condensation which seeped between the panes. I contacted Vladimir and we set up an appointment for him to measure the windows (they are 3 difference sizes) so I could replace the glass. He was very precise with the measurements and said he would send me a price in the next day or two which he did. In less time than expected the windows were ready and we set a date for them to be installed. Vladimir's team took great care in the handling of the glass and installation. Vladimir and his team were true professionals from start to finish. I had a custom glass door installed on my shower, and I was truly impressed with how they handled the job. The initial consultation was quick and efficient, and Vladimir quoted me a price that was incredibly fair. When they returned to do the installation - on a date and time which I picked - they said the job would take about 2-3 hours, and they were done in 1.5 hours! There was minimal mess, which was pretty incredible, considering there was a foot of snow on the ground outside.
